Why the name BlingyPlus? - From Where?

Names stick, some by accident and others by attitude. Bling was mine.

It started as one of those random nicknames that just happen. Maybe it was because I liked shiny things, or maybe because I had a habit of making simple stuff look a little extra. Either way, ‘Bling’ followed me everywhere; from online chats to side projects, from usernames to code commits.

Then one day, I realized something funny: the name wasn’t just tagging along anymore. It was evolving.

It had become a vibe.

As I started building real projects and creating things that actually mattered, “Bling” started feeling limited. Like trying to run pro-level software in demo mode :). So I did what any creative would do when growth kicks in - I upgraded.

And that’s where BlingyPlus was born.

The “Plus” wasn’t added just to sound cool (though it definitely helped). It stood for something: a little more shine, a little more effort, a little more beyond the ordinary.

“Blingy” carried the energy. “Plus” carried the purpose.

Together, they became a reminder that whatever I work on, whether it’s a design, a product, or a line of code, it should carry that extra touch.

Because average is everywhere.

But the plus? That’s where things get interesting.

So yeah, BlingyPlus started as a nickname.

Now it’s a banner.

A mindset.

A way to say: if you’re going to build something, make it BlingyPlus.
